Don’t know about you but I’m feeling it this year. Been a crazy one on a number of fronts. Big changes economically and politically, big changes personally. We’re tired and uncertain.
But we’re nearly at the end of the year. My mindset for December is ‘give it everything you’ve got left’. We generated 28 leads last week and I’m planning to beat that this week.
I’m locking in (probs partying hard too) and know I’ll be pretty come tired come the last week of the year. But that’s when we can rest and go again.

Leadflow Is King
Friend texted me the other day. He’s going through something at the moment that every business owner reaches at some point:
You try to scale but hit a barrier. Each time you get to the barrier, something breaks and you fall back - might be churn, might be resource, might be ‘bad luck’.
It could be as literal as reaching a specific revenue milestone then falling back.

Low margins? More leads means you can up prices and accept lower CVR
Overworked? More leads gives you the confidence to hire
Team not good enough? More leads = high prices = invest in better talent
Toxic clients? Fire them and replace with your leadflow
Of course, these aren’t issues you should just paper over with leadflow.
But we can agree leadflow makes everything easier, right?

Don’t overcomplicate. Just do the basics well.
MINIMUM VIABLE WEEK
Set Your Hygiene Standard
A great way to up your standards and ensure you actually commit to getting results is design a minimum viable week. What are the 5-10 things you MUST do each week for it to be a success. Set those as recurring tasks in your calendar/task manager. Make them the first things you do each week.
Anything else is bonus.
