What he meant was that you have to be the strategic guide to your clients and customers, not just another person to do the doing. Nigel shared a similar view
Try this:
Define your Ideal Client Profile (ICP)
Find what they want, not just what they need
Create a unique point of view that feels contrarian and memorable
“Without positioning, your content is noise, your sales are weak, and your leads ghost you.”
3. Track Your Numbers!
You can’t scale what you don’t track.
Nigel calls it: “jumping on the scales.”
What to measure weekly:
Revenue, gross & net margin
LTV & average sales cycle
Number of calls, conversions, churn
Client satisfaction & fit scores
“Self-awareness is strategy. If you're not checking your metrics weekly, you're not leading.”
