Here’s what his system looks like this:

  1. Create a free resource

(e.g. Webinar, a training, a guide - anything)

This should be:

  • Free

  • Gated

  • Valuable

If you miss any one of those 3 things this isn’t effective.

  1. Drive people to attend

To do this you need traffic.

You can do this via:

  • Outbound

  • Content

  • Ads

Outbound is lowest leverage, but cheapest. Ads is highest leverage, but most expensive. Content is the perfect middle ground for most.

  1. Follow up with attendees

These are qualified prospects admitting to a problem you solve.

Everyone who attends or downloads your guide is singalling interest.

They’re effectively saying ‘I need help with the problem you solve’.

Now, if someone has a problem. And you can solve it. Don’t you think they’d be grateful if you offered to help them further? Don’t you think it’s your DUTY to help them?

I love this because if someone signals interest, your offer suddenly becomes a welcomed remedy, not an unsolicited pitch.

For this to work well you need:

  • To actually deliver value in the webinar/guide/resource

  • To drive enough traffic to it

  • To have a slick follow up system and a good product

To hit 7 figures you should:

  • Constantly optimise content/ads

  • Improve your product

  • Refine sales copy

This is wildly simple on purpose.

The intricacies are in refining the system.

Stop overcomplicating growth.
