Yes yes, how’s it going?
Very quick one before we get into this one, I’m trying to build up my YouTube channels - channels plural now because we just launched the Success Clues youtube channel. Would mean the world to me if you could head to the channel and hit subscribe. You won’t miss and episode and my mum will be proud of me!
Plus when we hit 1,000,000 subs you’ll be able to say you were in the first 0.01%…
Everyone says you need a massive following to make real money online.
But here’s the truth: a big audience helps. 100% it does.
It just isn’t required. It’s not the entry ticket.
I’ve seen creators with 300,000 followers who can’t sell a $97 course
Others with 3,000 who run seven-figure businesses.
Chasing followers is easy. It feeds your ego.
But it also delays your success because you tell yourself you’ll “start monetising once I hit 10K.”
That day never comes.
Yasin thinks the same, and he shared his blueprint with me on the pod (he’s got 643K on IG)
How to Build a Big Business From a Small Audience
Here’s the framework:
Lead with expertise. People buy clarity, assurance, accountability. Even if your audience is small, show you understand their problems better than anyone else.
Optimise for low traffic. If you’ve got 200 followers, it doesn’t matter how good your conversion rate is, you’re not gonna get rich of a $7 ebook ($1400 tops). Sell higher ticket early on.
Create offers that fit your current audience. If you only have 200 people following you, build something that serves those 200 deeply.
The goal isn’t to reach everyone. It’s to become unmissable to the right few.
Then you scale the audience.
Don’t wait for a big following to start making money. You can start building a big business now, with the small one you already have.

I revisited Yasin Mammeri’s interview… still one of the best reminders that depth > reach.
Interviewed Tom Hunt, the episode is a bangeeeeer. He taught me how to scale to $4M ARR.
Me and Yash are going all in on content. Should I document the brand build on IG/TikTok/YouTube? Maybe a twitter thread of daily updates, progress, learnings. Lmk?
Right, coffee time.
