In December, we’ll do over $140,000 in revenue.

In between that time I’ve seen it all. I’ve gone from “this could all collapse any minute” to a self-sustaining business that is building my wealth.

And it all came down to one thing (no, it wasn’t “working harder”).

Attract the right clients

Convert them without force

Keep them long enough to actually scale

And once I did, I was able to:

Sign clients without begging or discounting

Build a million-pound agency with ~40 high-quality clients (not 400 nightmare ones)

Hit record months while working on the business, not just in it

No investment. No cofounders. No loan from my parents.

Just a system.
