It all starts with the C-word.

The C Word.

One of the clues I’ve picked up from successful people is they have bags of the c word:

Conviction.

They back themselves, their product, their team.

They’re utterly convinced they are the best. Because often they are.

And that’s why:

  • They feel magnetic

  • They control the room

  • They sell with ease

Because honestly, if you don’t have conviction, how do you expect other people to believe you.

10 Second Thought Exercise:

Bitcoin hit $120K this week.

Say you knew this would happen 10 years ago and you were pitching the idea of investing in it to your friend. How much conviction would have?

A lot right?

Imagine if you had that same conviction in your product or service.

Reckon you’d sell more? I bet you would.

I know because I’ve been there.

I’ve genuinely tried to sell services when I wasn’t fully convinced we could deliver. I sucked. It sucked. The prospects could tell.

But then I worked hard on my product - in fact dedicated 3 senior leaders JUST to developing it for months on end - and then realised how good it was.

Now selling it is easy because I have conviction.

Here’s the thing, whatever business you’re in, the thing stopping you from breaking past $10K… $50K… or even $100K a month isn’t tactics or secret hacks.

It’s your mindset.

So in this week’s Success Clues episode, I sat down with Nigel Thomas, who scaled his last business to £140K/month and removed himself from operations to understand the essential mindsets you must have to make millions.
