Last week I spoke at a conference to 30+ agency owners on how to build and monetise their audience on LinkedIn. If you own an agency or any B2B business, LinkedIn is a goldmine, you just need to stick to it for longer than a week.
Someone at the conference asked how to get results when you don’t have much time to dedicate to it.
My answer:
Make time.
This is a priority. What could you possibly be doing that’s more important for yourself, your business, your family and your legacy than winning new business?
Right now I guarantee you are spending HOURS on things that are way less important than winning new clients.
That doesn’t mean you need to add a load more work to your plate. Just replace the stuff that doesn’t really matter with work that actually grows your business.
(NB - I actually cut half my tasks out of my calendar 3 months ago to focus on this even more myself. I’ve signed 18 clients since doing that.)

The most underrated and frequently disregarded tool for generating leads is your LinkedIn profile.
Your LinkedIn profile is a lead generation machine. It’s like a landing page, a pitch deck, a sales letter and a business card all in one. Most people just don’t know how to structure theirs for sales.
This is SO important because if you’re driving hundreds of qualified prospects to your profile every month, you want to make sure you’re capitalizing on that traffic.

Find Objections, Solve Objections
If you want to make your product service infinitely better, write down a list of all the objections someone might have to working with you.
Start with the obvious ones (too expensive, too much time, etc) and then the less obvious ones (they don’t have belief in themselves).
Once you have a list of 20-30, start resolving them.
You might have already solved some of them. In which case you need to focus on showing your leads that they are invalid.
Repeat weekly and you’ll have a product people can’t help but tell their friends about.
